		<description><![CDATA["Somehow both adults and children tend to feel that whenever they are on bicycles then the traffic laws don't apply to them or that the pedestrian rules apply, but the truth is that it is much more important for a bike rider to obey the vehicle laws as the bike rider is the person most likely to be injured in a crash. The fact that a bicycle is smaller and slower than an automobile makes it all the more important for the operator to observe the law."
